Accessories

You will find all elements that you require for the assembly of enclosures under ‘Accessories’. You can filter the inventory of articles by categories as well as by means of full-text search. To order articles, set the desired quantity and place the article in the shopping cart.

You can filter the inventory of articles by the following categories:

•	Assembly kits (sets for an enclosure each, consisting of 8 screws and 4 rubber feet)

For a single enclosure of the "Side profile" model, you will need:

To assemble the profiles for "Housing profile 2" models, you require, in addition to the assembly kit for the assembly of profiles of "Housing profile 2" models, a further assembly kit to fasten 2 of the 4 cover panels with square nuts which are fed into corresponding grooves in the profiles.

In order to select either the Standard assembly kit or the corresponding screw packets, please see the previous section on Housing profile 1.

The required additional assembly kit consists of 12 screws M3 x 4 mm (1.5 mm cover plates) or M3 x 5 mm (2.0 to 2.5 mm thick cover plates less cavity) acc. to DIN 7985, 965 or 966 and 12 square nuts M3 acc. to DIN 562. The screws are supplied either nickel-plated, white or black galvanized, the nuts are always white galvanized.

To assemble the profiles for the "Housing profile 2" model, you basically need two different types of screw: In addition to the type required for the assembly of profiles of "Housing profile 2" models, a further type is required to fasten 2 of the 4 cover panels with square nuts which are fed into corresponding grooves in the profiles.

To select standard type screws, please see the previous section on Housing profile 1.

A screw packet for the additional mounting of the cover panels consists of 50 screws M3 x 4 mm (1.5 mm cover sheets) or M3 x 5 mm (2.0 to 2.5 mm thick cover plates less cavity) according to DIN 7985, 965 or 966. In addition, you always require the same number of M3 square nuts acc.to DIN 562.

The use of a housing bracket is recommended from a width of 150 mm (for housing profiles this also applies analogously to the height). For construction details please refer to the "Manual for Enclosure Assembly" .

Use the required number of housing brackets to stabilize the enclosure.

To mount a housing bracket you require 2 screws, either M3 x 5 mm (1.5 mm thick panels), M3 x 6 mm (2 - 3 mm thick panels) or M3 x 8 mm (4 mm thick panels).
