UPS is generally commissioned with the shipment of the finished orders, which results in favorable prices in particular for the standard shipping service. Other shipping options are available to allow us to respond flexibly to all eventualities.

Please select the most suitable shipping service for your requirements from the entries in the "Shipping via:" list box. You can find detailed information on the listed shipping services on the UPS homepage. The shipping charges associated with your choice will be displayed next to this along with the calculated weight of your order.

We are ready to dispatch any shipment with another provider of your choice in each individual case. Please contact us if this is necessary.

Shipping can also be made with a city courier for customers in and around Berlin. If you have chosen this option, we will contact you to make further arrangements.

We are happy for customers to collect their orders during normal office hours, which overlap with the time window for telephone contact.

When your ordered items are ready for collection, you will receive an email with the corresponding information. If you prefer, we can also contact you at your specified telephone number.

If you want to charge the costs to your own UPS account, please enter the corresponding account number in the field provided.

The calendar on this page shows the time period (turquoise dates), within which the delivery of your order will fall, with by far the greatest likelihood of it being the first day of the displayed time interval. The fact that the period may extend to more than one day follows from the uncertainty of the shipping service. With the Standard production service, a "soft" interval of 5-8 working days may also contribute.

If you are in the possession of a valid voucher from Schaeffer AG you can enter the code listed in the relevant input field. The effect can best be seen in the Order summary.

Please note the validity of the voucher in your possession as well as possible limitations or scalings of the benefits dependent on the net value of your order.

Please note that the criteria for order-specific lead times are applied to the original net order value and are therefore not affected by the use of a voucher.
