On the final tab in the ordering program you are shown the contents of the cart, the information you have entered under name, contact and method of payment as well as the selected production and shipping services. You have the opportunity to change all of your entries before you submit the order online.

When you select the "Summary and ordering" tab, the program verifies the information you have entered both for completeness and compliance with certain formats. If anything should be missing or there is a format error (e.g. in the e-mail address), a list will be displayed to assist you with the completion or correction.

For a printout of the basket, including all of the information concerning your address, contact and payment method as well as the selected production and shipping services please press the button "Print summary...".

By pressing the button "Place order..." you initiate the transmission of the shopping cart, including all of the information concerning your address, contact and payment method, as well as on the production and shipping services selected to our order server. A window will inform you about the status of the transmission. Your order is placed and binding with the complete arrival of the data on our order server.

The ordering program will confirm the successful processing of data by our order server and display a provisional purchase order number. If any problems occur that prevent the correct transmission of your data, an error message will be triggered, where necessary including recommendations for further action. In addition, an email will be sent to your stored email address(es), confirming the arrival of your order.

You still have the option of saving the shopping cart associated with the transmitted order before it is permanently deleted after successfully executing the order.

The transmitted data is reviewed again by our order processing department on arrival on the order server. If any questions of a technical or commercial nature should arise, we will contact you as soon as possible. Otherwise, you will receive an order confirmation immediately at your stored email address(es).

You can also save your shopping cart, including all of the information concerning your address, contact and payment method as well as the selected production and shipping services as an encrypted order file (*.fpa2).

This makes it possible for you to place your order independently of the ordering program, for example as an email attachment or on a data carrier along with your customer-supplied material.

Alternative for a failed online order If systematic communication problems arise with your online order (for example, when sending from a network), you can also send us the order file as an attachment. Please inform us of such error messages so we can remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

In order to receive a quote for the current shopping cart, please click on the button "Request a quote...". This will send your shopping cart to Schaeffer AG without ordering. Shortly afterwards you will receive a binding offer, with which you can continue working on your order.

In normal quantities and up to an order value of €900 (net), the offer price transmitted will correspond to the price calculated by the software.

You can save your shopping cart (without information relating to your address, contact and payment method, etc.) at any time (*.fpb) for use as a template for future orders.
