On this page we describe some not previously mentioned details concerning ordering and shipment.

Order status

With your online order confirmation you will receive a link to the status page of your order. There you can log in with the purchase order number assigned by you and the email address you specified in your order.

Alternatively, you can also enter the online reference number provided to you by email in place of the order number and your zip code in place of the email address.

You can also log in at any time on the homepage of our website.

Packaging

Front panels and side profiles are shrink-wrapped in plastic film onto a carrier material made of cardboard and packed into a carton with padding material for transportation.

The plastic film can be removed from the carrier material by hand, so there is no risk of scratching delicate surfaces during unpacking with knives etc.

Large orders

For orders that exceed a certain order value (more than €900  net) order-specific processing times apply.

Partial shipments can be arranged for larger orders. This can also be taken into consideration in our offer, if necessary.

If you should have a complaint

In the event that your incoming inspection discovers quality defects or wrong shipments, please contact us. We will immediately provide for a replacement or supplement.

Components shipped with quality defects must in principle be returned to us so that we can remedy the situation with a new shipment. Please arrange for retrieval by us. We cannot accept any cost for returns that have not been arranged.
