You can manage and order front panels and accessories in the webshop. What follows is a brief overview of the requirements and process of placing orders.

The use of the ordering program is set by default in the Front Panel Designer. To use the webshop, go to Edit > Settings > Interface and set the check mark for the ‘Use webshop instead of offline ordering program to place an order’ option. If you have created a user account in the webshop, you can also enter an e-mail address and password that you used to sign up for the webshop.
Note: If your system cannot establish an encrypted HTTPS connection, clear the check mark for ‘Realize webshop communication via a secure HTTPS connection’. You will then enter the webshop as a guest, having the option to log in later.

•	To place an order or request a quote, you do not have to be registered for the webshop. To use the webshop to the fullest extent (e.g., archiving of front panel files, saving address and payment information), however, you will require a user account.

A direct Internet connection is required to upload front panels directly from the Front Panel Designer. If you use a proxy server to access the Internet, you must first open the webshop (in the Front Panel Designer: Order > Open webshop in browser) and then upload the front panel files in the browser. Alternatively, you can use the familiar ordering program. In it, you can set an HTTP proxy server or generate an encrypted order file for your shopping cart, which you can then send to us as an e-mail attachment (see Starting the ordering program).

For opening the webshop, the Front Panel Designer under Order offers three options:

Open webshop in browser: This opens the homepage of the webshop. If you are already a registered webshop customer and have saved your e-mail address and password in the Front Panel Designer (see above), you will be logged in automatically when entering the webshop. If not, you will enter the webshop anonymously at first. You can then log in, sign up or place your order as a guest.

•	Order current front panel: Upon opening the webshop, the current front panel file displayed will be loaded to your front panel archive in the webshop directly.

•	Order all open front panels: Upon opening the webshop, all current open front panel files will be loaded to your front panel archive in the webshop directly.

Upload front panel files to the webshop:

•	From the Front Panel Designer: Order > Order current front panel and/or Order all open front panels

•	In the webshop: On the webshop homepage you will see an area where you can upload FPD files (via drag & drop or by clicking).

Ordering in the webshop:

1.	Upload your front panel files in the upload area of the webshop homepage. The files are now in your front panel archive.

2.	Select the front panels you want to order from the archive, enter the desired quantity and add the files to the shopping cart.

3.	On the page Accessories you may select items and also place them in the shopping cart.

4.	Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right. In the shopping cart, you have the option to change the quantity and attach additional files (such as bend sketches).

5.	Select express production time if desired and view the surcharge.

6.	Go to the checkout.

7.	If you are not logged in yet, you will be asked if you want to log in, register a new account or place an order as a guest without registering.

8.	Enter any necessary data and select a shipping and payment method.

9.	Click Order.
