Checkout area

Once you have clicked on Go to checkout in the shopping cart, you will be taken to the checkout area to place your order. The ordering process consists of the following steps:

First, enter the billing address. If you wish to enter a different shipping address and/or an additional contact person especially for technical questions, clear the check mark at ‘Shipping address is same as billing address’ and/or ‘Technical contact is same as shipping address’. Click CONTINUE to move to the next step.

If you have stored addresses in your user account, they will be used to fill in the form, and the steps in the ordering process will be skipped.

Under Shipping you can choose from the Standard, Express, Courier and Collection shipping methods. The expected delivery date and shipping costs for your selection will be displayed on the right.

•	Standard: 1–2 days shipping time within Germany.

•	Express: Delivery next working day before 10:30 am within Germany.

•	Courier: Courier service within Berlin. Only available to customers in Berlin and the surrounding region.

•	Collection: You will receive a message as soon as your order is ready for collection. Pick up your order yourself from our location.

Other options:

•	Acknowledgement of receipt: Your shipment will be delivered to you personally against signature.

•	Use own parcel service account: If you wish to charge the costs to your own UPS or FedEx account, enter the appropriate account number here.

This payment method is available to companies and institutes from the first order and to private persons from the third order. Payment is processed by bank transfer upon receipt of the product. You will receive an invoice from us in PDF format by e-mail on the day of shipment. We are also able to send paper invoices if informed in advance. The invoice is payable within 30 days of receipt. You can enjoy a 2% discount for payment within 14 days. Please enter the invoice number as the payment reference for the transfer.

After we have inspected your purchase order, you will receive an e-mail with the order confirmation and a payment request. You will then be able to pay by bank transfer or PayPal. You can use a link in the e-mail to complete PayPal payment. We will send your order as soon as payment is received. Please wait to receive the order confirmation before you send payment. Please enter the order number as the payment reference.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. You can enter your credit card data over a secure connection during the order process. The invoice amount will reserved on your credit card two days prior to the shipping date. Your card will be charged on the shipping date.

For the payment method Direct debit you grant us permission to debit the invoice amount from your bank account. You can enter your account data over a secure connection during the order process. We will debit the invoice amount from your bank account a few days after product shipment.

This payment method is only available for the Collection shipping method. You can pick up the product in person during our business hours at our Berlin location and pay in cash. Please have the invoice amount available in exact change if possible.

This payment method is only available within Germany. The invoice amount is due upon receipt of the product. Please note that this payment method will incur higher shipping costs and possibly additional fees charged by the shipping company.

Here you can send us again any further information and files that concern your purchase order.

You can enter your internal order number, etc. in the ‘Your order reference’ field. We will then reference it in the order confirmation, invoice and delivery note.

All information is displayed one more time to enable you to make any changes or enter any discount code you may have. Set the check mark to indicate you have read the privacy policy and click on Order.

Once you have clicked on Order in the checkout area, you will receive a confirmation in the webshop that contains an order number. Your order will be reviewed again promptly by our order processing department. If any questions of a technical or commercial nature should arise, we will contact you as soon as possible. Otherwise, you will receive an order confirmation immediately at your stored e-mail address(es). The e-mail will contain a link to your order status.

If you have a user account, your order will be stored permanently in your purchase order overview.
