The material used for all samples is EN AW 5005 H24/34 [Al Mg1(B)]. Anodized panels have a guaranteed scratch-free surface. No guarantee is given for the soundness of the reverse sides of the panels.
As the panels are anodized before processing, all the cut edges are bright-finished and exhibit tool marks such as for example milling cutter marks. Dull cut edges without tool marks can be achieved by grinding the outer edges. Please note that the edges are always silver-colored.

Anodized aluminum/chromated:
chromated reverse side visible
Available thicknesses: 2.0 mm / 2.5 mm / 3.0 mm / 4.0 mm. This material is anodized on the front surface and looks like sample No. 1. The reverse side is chromated and thereby conductive. This makes it usable for a large number of EMC applications. The panels exhibit a yellow greenish coloring on the reverse side.
Panel with phase
This shows how the 45° phases can be attached to the outer edge of the front panel or to the cut edges of thru-holes. These are blank like the cut edges.
Raw aluminum
Available thicknesses: 2.0 mm / 2.5 mm / 3.0 mm / 4.0 mm (not yet certain). Similarly no guarantee can be given for the condition of the front side.
Plexiglas - transparent
Available thickness: 2.0 mm / 3.0 mm / 4.0 mm / 5.0 mm
Plexiglas - red
